Victor is the  Managing Director at VAT IT South Africa. He is a Master Tax Practitioner with almost 3 decades experience in tax consulting.

He commenced his career as a VAT auditor at SARS, which sparked his passion for VAT consulting. Victor provides  tax  consulting  services  to  various  multinational  clients,  which  includes  opinions,  reviews,  law interpretation, training, dispute resolutions and ruling applications. He regularly provides concurring reviews on technical matters and consults clients in other tax jurisdictions including Namibia, New Zealand, Australia, Morocco, United Kingdom, Bahamas, Saudi Arabia and various other African Countries.

Victor currently serves as the Chairman of SAIT’s VAT Workgroup where he regularly interacts with SARS as well as National Treasury to comment on existing and proposed VAT law amendments. Being in a position where he is exposed to global VAT trends, Victor possesses an in-depth knowledge in his field of expertise.
